THESE ARE THE JOURNEY OF COMPLETING THE USRAH IN ACTION 2 1. MEETING WITH INTEGOMB TEACHERS The "Expelliarmus! Be an Elite with InteGomb" project wasn't born to applause, but to a gentle discord. Our initial academic-focused proposal, though well-crafted, resonated poorly with InteGomb's true desire: student well-being. This wasn't a rejection, but a necessary silence, a call to rewrite the score and listen more deeply. So, we delving into the student lives through community profiling. Interviews with InteGomb teachers unlocked the hidden matter of individual needs, anxieties, and dreams. Their voices became our guide, illuminating the path to a program that wouldn't just teach, but empower.
